Metro Electric

Metro was outstanding! Needed an electrical issue fixed, they were at my house the very next day. Although I could not be there, Don kept in constant communication--he even took a trip to a local store to buy replacement lights. When the project was done, it looked better than I could have hoped. Will use them in the future if I ever need an electrical issue resolved.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They truly put you first. I purchased a generator and they took care of EVERYTHING! They called the gas company for meter checks and up grades, the got the building permit, and called for the inspection. Metro and Mark have gone out of the way to make this purchase painless. Great working with you.

Any business can sell products, but not all businesses have customer service. That's what impressed me about Metro Electric. I went in as a non-customer (I did not buy my generator from Metro Electric) with questions about my Generac Mobile Link. Bill went above and beyond what I would have expected, calling Generac directly with technical questions and ultimately agreeing he shouldn't sell me a $300 radio and that other avenues should be tried first. I will return to Metro for all of my products in the future, knowing that the product will be supported by knowledgeable and accommodating customer service.
