IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR IN THE DRUMMER BUILDING on Big Beaver in the heart of Troy’s Golden Corridor. Steve Apostolovski bought the thriving corporate breakfast and lunch stop. They’ve made some dramatic changes to the menu. New soups, delicious salads and dozens of combo sandwiches come out of the kitchen where their mom and dad, Danica and Tode are lending a hand, too. Besides quick breakfast specials like the Croissant Sandwich or Metro Special – or breakfast trays for corporate clients – from 7:30a.m. to 11 a.m. the kitchen also is often busy in late morning turning out deli trays and hot entrees heated to local offices buildings for luncheon meetings. Steve invites you in any weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Metro Deli is at 2075 w. Big Beaver Suite 106. You can call in your carry-out order or catering 248-649-4002
