I am from Michigan and found this place while staying in an Air BnB nearby. I had a steak quesadilla and Al pastor tacos with cheese and EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious. The food was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy and the cilantro and onion were fresh. The rice and beans were delightful individually but when mixed they were even better. I've been thinking about that food like it was an ex that broke my heart since the first bite. 10/10 highly recommended.
The chicken had a good flavor. The Carne asada was also seasoned well. Rice and beans were tasty. I liked the tacos more than the gordita it was thin and a little on the crispy side. I like that they had a variety of Mexican bottle drinks and the Horchata was good. The restaurant was a little dark. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Vegetarian options: Some options available Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available Parking: Street meter parking Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance and plenty of table space for easy dinning.
Meson Del Taco is a very great Mexican restaurant. It’s my go to place for Mexican food. In my opinion the food taste better when you take out and not dine in. If you are going to try Meson I recommend you get the 3 Chicken taco dinner with sour cream and cheese. Also for your drink try the Horchata and get green salsa for your food.
This place has the best spicy shrimp dinner of all the Mexican spots I've tried on the North/West side. It's very spicy. I have a pretty decent tolerance for spicy food and eat it regularly. I would not recommend it for people who "don't mind a little spicy". This is way beyond your average spicy salsa or hot buffalo wing spice level. Did i mention it's spicy??? Parking: Parking is behind the strip of stores through the alley.
Quality of steak is good! Unfortunately they have no idea how to make a burrito, 9 times out of 10 all of the burrito toppings will be clustered toward the bottom of the tortilla instead of being evenly distributed throughout. There's potential here but they can't seem to get it right.
Man i always order from here the same thing and as of the last 2 orders i will no longer. Horrible the food is different the meat is different quality. Food was cold not even cooked looks like it was prepared in a microwave. It will not allow me to post a photo or id share.
Placed order online, food arrived cold. I also ordered guacamole and chips. They forgot my chips. When I called to let them know that my food was cold and I did not receive the chips. I was told that they can deliver my chips but I would have to wait because they have other deliveries and they are busy. Never received an apology for the mistake they made and for receiving cold food. I have been a customer for a while and I let her know that Mesco has lost me as a customer, she said ok, bye.
Steak tacos are very good ! Also if you like Spicey food the lomo en chile de Arbol is delicious! Very very Spicey ! My only problem is when it's to go it gets everywhere because of how much juice is in it . Gets all over the rice and beans and everywhere .
This is the most delicious food ever. I ordered the chicken enchilada dinner and they were perfect. The portions were HUGE for the price. Delivery was faster than grubhub predicted too. I am very happy
usually get good steak tacos from here. decided to order the cubano sandwich and was really disappointed. sweet pickles??? grey meat… and nasty rubber ham. very disappointed. did bot eat it at all. wasted my money.
