Trying to even get in contact with this office is near-impossible. Their phone line cuts out immediately after dialing. No email response. When you do manage to reach someone, don't expect to be able to make an appointment. I'm genuinely baffled at what is going on here.

I am simply trying to verify the date and time of an upcoming appointment and it is impossible to get through by phone or any other means. By phone, it first instructs me to leave a message but then I'm told the mailbox is full. I've tried ALL extensions at the clinic and get the same result. Even at the extension intended for doctor's offices that are calling, it is impossible to leave a message. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I've waited months for this appointment and don't want to miss it.

I agree with the other posts about the virtual impossibility of contacting anyone at this clinic by phone.

My mother has been a patient of Dr.Johnston who works out of this clinic for over 10 years and he has been amazing! She is slowly coming to the end of her life and he has been amazing from the beginning, any patient of his should consider themself lucky!

I have a great cardiologist there.
