Merit was super fast to respond even in middle of night. The driver found where I was located real quick. I had ran over a deer that ripped off the main air supply line. The guy was prepared even at that hour and able to isolate my tank to get truck up on flat bed.From when I called to when I was unloaded at my shop was barely faster than had a buddy come out with a air hose. Great service! My go to guys any day/night!!

They were supposed to hold my truck for two days, as I forgot to register it. They then called and told me my truck was under further investigation from the RCMP and it would be held for another week, to which the RCMP said that was a lie. After he admited it was an error on their part he refused to give me the money I paid for seven extra days. He snapped when I asked again and started throwing money at me, screaming about how I'm stealing from his pocket. Wouldn't ever want to deal with them again.

Their driver hooked onto the rad support of my car to winch it onto the deck truck. A lot of time transpired before I needed this car and now they will not take responsibility for the damage. I only asked compensation for parts as I am capable of performing repairs. Operator was responsible for damage and I hope he doesn't repeat error. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Disappointed that management wouldn't step up. One star is due to office staff otherwise it would be No stars.
