We were hauling a trailer from Edmonton to Toronto. The hitch was installed by uhaul at Edmonton. Once loaded, the bar joining the trailer to the minivan kept of touching the road for even minor bumps. I called and complained to uhaul; they sent me to nearest uhaul dealer. This one. The lady was very helpful. She immediately reintalled the hitch the correct way i.e. the hitch should point upward for vehicles like mine. She was helpful, courteous, knew how to solve the problem. We had no further issues between Lloydminster and Toronto.
