I had a right sided catheterization done on my heart. I was apprehensive because the thought of someone I had never met sticking a catheter in my neck and into my heart was a little concerning. But the staff and in particular the nurse who cared for me from beginning to end dispelled my fears, put me at ease because they were friendly and conversational. I would have liked to have met the surgeon prior to the procedure but when I did meet him he was also friendly and talked me through the procedure letting me know the results immediately. I had a very positive experience and am grateful for the exceptional care especially the nurse who was with me through the whole process.

Somebody just called me at 6:50 am, from the heart department, I answered the phone and they hung up immediately. I received a missed call yesterday and again there was no Vmail. I think that is very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. if they can’t even leave a Vmail. My mom is hospitalized there as well and that’s not right at all. It is unsettling because it’s to early to call my mom.

Great Doctors. They explain everything in detail. Take plenty of time to answer all of your questions. Reception and nurses are great. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.
