Mephisto Shoes

Terrible service, left a message still waiting for someone to call me back. I would think during covid they would be glad to get the business.

Fraudulent business practices. The woman owner, told me no exchange/refund despite the receipt stating a 10 day policy on unworn shoes. Also made a false claim that they sale " orthopedic shoes " whilst she sold me a pair to narrow and too small. I agree with all the negative reviews. They have earned them. Will return those shoes.

Cheap leather, sloppy handwork and arrogance have replaced quality and service. The leather of my shoes started to tear in two years' time, and neither the shop nor the manufacturer cared to respond to my complaints. A once great brand flushed itself through the toilet: no more Mephisto for me.
