Was not impressed. Only a few flavours of frozen yogurt. Dispensing machines didn’t work well. Minimal toppings stale. One bathroom out of service, and in the other the faucet didn’t work. My grandchildren were then told they could wash their bathroom hands behind the counter where food prep/cleaning gets done. Yuck! Debit machine seemed faulty. Signage lights outside didn’t work properly. All in all just a sad place.
The place had like 4 options of flavors to pick from. Barely any topping options. The so called chocolate sauce was runny. And when I tasted my froyo after having paid cause couldn't try earlier which most shops offer I realized, these have been diluted with water. None of them had any flavor or taste. It was sugar water with color. Terrible experience and a waste of money
Used to love this place but the last few times I’ve gone I just walk out. Half the machines seem to not work, toppings and sauces are minimal. Majority of the times I’ve been there, I have to wait for an employee to come in from the back. Not too impressed
Pretty disappointed with my visit today. Both bathrooms were out of order; only 1/2 the yoghurt dispensers were operational, and most of the toppings were not available. Staff were polite; but the management of the place obviously needs work
This used to be one of our favorites. Last time we went, there was only a few boring flavors and it was way too expensive. The points program wasn't working either.
so many options for toppings, staff is great, they even have gluten free options. But not many ice cream flavors only about 5 different flavours and most of the machines are empty... but other than that it's a good place.
It's a wonderful place for varieties of frogurt yogurt based flavoured icecreams with lots of topping options like dry, fresh and liquid. They also have different bubble tea, smoothies, shakes. It is neat and clean with good sitting environment. Staff is well mannered. Must try once.
The frozen yogurt was alright, but you’re not just paying for the food that you are buying, you are also paying for the weight of the cup as well. They do not zero the scale for the cups. $31 for 3 cups is ridiculous.
Super disappointed, the topping selections are abysmal- only chocolate options were “chocolate sprinkles”. When asked to sample, I was told they no longer do that. Whatever happened to the store it was before covid? I want that store back. -staff was nice
Went in nobody was there for like 5 minutes, half of the ice cream machines were out of order. Owner was very rude and impatient worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The card machine apparently wasn't working properly took my money and made me pay with cash and wouldn't give me a refund on my car even had the bank statements to prove it . The toppings were stale too . Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. I wouldn't even give it a star
