I went to this marble slab store last night with my boyfriend and the associate working at the time was not friendly, when we asked to try a new flavour she said per “company policy” only 1 time is allowed which I have NEVER experienced in any other marble slap store. Very disappointing.
Service was very good, I think it was the owner and he was very knowledgeable. It's a bit more expensive than DQ but only by a dollar or two. The ice cream is better quality. I could've used more toppings to mix in but it was good. The cones are alright not the best but alright. There are lots of gluten free options but make sure they clean the slab.
Visited there with my girlfriend and members of her family. Kids were overjoyed and enticed with variety of glamorous pop corns. It was busy place in evening time still we were served with our order in couple of minutes with sumptuous delicacies. We went there after having early Dinner. After ice cream we gave another order of Cotton candies and variety of cakes. It was a wonderful experience to deal with Sale girl at counter and will drop in there again
We went in about two months ago, terrible service. Thankfully there are a lot of other ice cream options in town. The lady behind the counter was rude and kept talking, we had no idea if she was talking to us or not. I wanted a small cone but pretty much forced me to get a regular. Looked at me and said a small was too small for me. She tried not to take my coupon, kept giving me excuses why she couldn’t take it. Like a lot of the reviews, I will not be going back.
Wayyyy too costly for grocery store level ice cream. I was over changed on 2 tiny ice creams for my toddlers. I ordered a kids size 1/2 scoop it was maybe a few bites of ice cream and was charged $7 EACH. I tried to explain the charge was incorrect as I’ve been to other locations before and have never paid $7 for a HALF scoop kids size scoop before. It’s also almost $9 for 1 small scoop in a cup. This is not a family friendly or affordable place. I was charged $23 in total for 2 kids half scoops and 1 small scoop all in a cup. The ice cream was gas station level and we weren’t impressed. They were also blasting some irritating music that meant we weren’t able to enjoy our ice cream inside. It’s a shame their quality, service and prices were all way off. We won’t be returning.
Way too expensive. Ordered strawberry ice cream with raspberries and blueberries added. What I got was a very generic mediocre strawberry ice cream with a couple of frozen berries that had been thawed and were just gross. Husband got raspberry cheesecake ice cream that was just as disappointing. For the price being paid I expected fresh fruit at the very least. Definitely won't be back
If I could give zero stars I would. Went in there tonight with my husband and we just ended up leaving after we could get two scope of two different types of ice creams... she kept telling us we can only have a small section of ice cream even with two scopes! After the 5th time we explained that we did not want mix just scopes of the flavors in the buckets we just left. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend it and will never go back
On the website and Google the hours are listed as 11am-10pm. I arrived at 8pm and the lady was wiping down the counter and the door was locked. She waved us off. When we called she said they close at 8 not 10pm. She rushed out of the store and ran to her car. I guarantee this location is not supposed to close at 8pm
A wonderful choice of ice cream delicacies. All tasty and configured to your delight by the hard working server to get it just right. Kudos to the server who made sure that I received the perfect ice cream cone.
I always felt good about going here, the staff is always very polite and friendly, a smile on their face, engaging, always a positive experience, everything is kept clean and organized, but I came to find that the tips that I was making sure to leave to show my appreciation... They don't receive it, any of it, not from the machine or the tip jar, that doesn't feel right to me, so I'm personally choosing to quench my icecream craving from a different source, I leave this review in hopes to bring awareness and maybe they will change it so the workers will receive their well deserve tips.
