Super fun place to take kids, I truely enjoy the experience myself. Lively neon decore and friendly helpful staff. There has been a different selection of frozen yogurt flavors each time we went, I want to try them all! Highly recommend!
Made a quick stop as we were craving some froyo on a hot day but this place did not satisfy my craving! Most flavor weren’t fruity and instead it was quite weird tastinglemon was like soap scent. Service from a young lady could also be improve.
Lovely staff and clean Fro Yo Shop to take the kiddos into! Love all the flavour and topping options and such a fabulous experience after a long beach day! Prices are fair considering inflation, Absolutely love this place!!!
Very disappointed. I’ve showed up twice now during their hours of operations to the store being closed. This is absolutely unacceptable, as a business you should have your hours updated on the website and door sign. I’ve also come in 15 minutes before closing and almost all the toppings were put away, the employee was putting them away right in front of us. I used to love coming here but now it is too unreliable and I will be taking my money elsewhere.
Was looking for a place where I could find some frozen yogurt on my way to Vancouver, and this was the only one with good ratings around. The frozen yogurt was good. However, it was not what I was craving real frozen yogurt mixed with fruit. I believe those kind of places are rare so maybe this place would deserve a 5 star if I would only compare it to those frozen yogurt chains of stores and not to the ones that make the frozen yogurt on the spot… customer service was awesome, quality of toppings as well… overall really good :
Always a good place for frozen yogurt! It's a new location but awesome! It has a great selection of flavors and it is a new location for them! Always worth stopping in on the hot summer days. What is nice is that Kelowna is not over-ridden with yogurt shops either, it is a nice treat.
Terrible experience in this store today. Not the product but the young girl working there was very rude. She raised her voice & was very offensive to my young grandaughter. I was horrified to hear her shouting. I asked what the problem was & she rude & raised her voice at me. We put our half filled yogurt tubs down & left the store disgusted & very upset. Management need to deal with this type of behavior, compleatly inappropriate.
I went in today with my friends son after waiting about a half an hour already and was very taken aback at how rude the cashier was. No smile or greeting and when the polite, excited little boy I was watching asked for some whipping cream having just spotted it at the very end, she made the simple task seem like an annoyance. I'm not too worried about myself but I felt bad for the boy who she seemingly took her bad day out on. Terrible customer service.
best froyo experience ever! carter was so nice to my best friends and i and we can’t wait to come back
Yummy Not many frozen stuff are favourite, but this one was really good. Try the coconut one
