"QB is LOCAL HAND-CRAFTED FRESH. A collection of desserts, gelato, coffee and baked goods. We are a family owned, local operated business, born out of a passion for simple, made-from-scratch food. Hand-crafted daily in our kitchen in small batches, we use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients where possible, and never use artificial colors, artificial flavours or preservatives. We believe in creating a high quality product, and serving it in a fun and engaging environment. Come and enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea both available ICED, share a dessert with your favorite gelato or dairy-free sorbet or some baked goods for home… all in a modern, inviting cafe."

We had fantastic coffee drinks, two different pizza slices squash & Italian sausage then gelato for dessert pistachio, chocolate sorbet, sage&burnt butter. Everything was delicious! Flavorful, fresh…QB is the real deal. We’ll be back again soon maybe tomorrow!
Very good gelato. Since I liked both flavours that the owner let me sample, I bought both. The burnt milk gelato, and blueberry lavender gelato tested exactly as advertised. The owner is very passionate about his business and the place is clean.
Fantastic experience. Out of this world tasting gelato. Happy to support family owned business. A must visit!

You know from other reviews that this is the best gelato in Kelowna - but another reason to come here is that the staff actually care. I eat out a lot, like a dozen times a week. I can’t remember the last time someone came out to the outdoor seating to check to see how your take away was. Seriously, we order from the friendly and informative staff member behind the counter, pay, get our huge cones and sit outside. A few minutes later the same staff member comes outside and goes by each table of people to ask them how they are liking the ice cream. Mind blowing. Such a simple step but this is one small example of a business culture that separates a store from a brand. Hats off to QB for either instituting this OR else for hiring someone who cares and shows it. Her attitude alone would bring us back — but really let’s get back to the gelato…. The mint chocolate chip is made with fresh mint grown locally. None of this fake bright green food coloring. It’s my favorite thus far. Will be coming back until we’ve tried every flavor!
QB Gelato is one of the most unique dessert and hot beverage experiences I've ever had. The BEST gelato paired with the creative imagination of the owner, Kevin, so that I've encountered flavours that I didn't know could exist in vegan and traditional gelatos, as well as tempting pies, tarts, and cheesecakes. Kevin's gelato-infused lattes and coffees are creamy and so satisfying. I love that QB is open year-round, because it's a regular stop for me.
Found this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The gelato was nice and creamy and tasted fresh. The cookie was great, you can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate chip. Not to mention the people working at the time were really great. I’d definitely come back here!
Starting with the interior, QB was modern and lovely! Products had high quality, and were selective. I liked the pistachio flavour the most, but the holy cacao was too sweet that I couldn’t finish it all! The two people who helped us with our orders were friendly, kind and helpful. Will probably come back :
Best ice cream in Kelowna with creative flavors! I specially love the greek goddess pistachio flavor ! It's a bit pricy but the taste is amazing. The owner is friendly and nice!!
This is by far the best Gelato place in my opinion. Best pistachio gelato I've ever had, and I frequent places all over western Canada. They put lots of thought into this place and the flavours. Everything is done with a passion and it shows in the product. I tried the Affogato espresso over top of Gelato with a bit of reluctance, and to my surprise it was actually incredible haha. Can't reccomend the place enough, staff is beyond patient and went above and beyond to explain each of the flavours. To me that counts as much as the quality of the product.
