yes there food is well but today i went there and the gentle lady stuff's behaviour was so bad. Her name may be start with M. I DON'T know how this kind of worst worker doing job this kind of renowned food shop. i really never go there again
Not only the best yogurt ice cream in town. Staff treats you great and makes you feel at home. Love going here everytime. Update! Feb 23Coconut and Pistachio flavors are in... So goooood!!
The staff there was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips and told us about his favourite flavours and they were great. I totally recommend it.
I was served by the “friendly” manager himself. While he is friendly at first, he proved himself more greedy than customer friendly. I filled my yogurt cup and right after paying, he handed it to me and the cup slipped out of my hand. It fell all over the counter and his words were “well this is a first”. I thought he would give me a refund or at least let me refill my cup since he just witnessed the incident but the most he did was help me pick my yogurt off the counter and said “you could still eat this or buy another but the most I could do is give you a discount”. Not worth it. Not coming back again. Bad customer service. So embarrassing. ***** In response to reply: If you’re cheap, just say that. ‍
In terms of quality, this is the best frozen yogurt store that I've found so far. They offer a good variety of toppings candies, fruits, creams, and fudges, and frozen yogurt flavours.
Today I went to get ice cream with my two little girls and all of the sudden a drunk guy came in to the store. He wasn't wearing a mask, I think he didn't really know were he was but he wondered all around the store. The employee, Clay, handled the situation really well, respectfully but keeping everyine safe. She was really awesome!! There was another employee that came right away and and helped us keeping cool. Both really professional and friendly! Great job!!
This place is awesome! They always have the regular staples vanilla, chocolate, cake batter which I love but then surprise us with new and delicious flavours on a weekly basis. Plus they have loads of different toppings to choose from and their milkshakes are delicious! The owners and staff are extremely helpful, kind, warm, and generous, and always make their customers feel right at home. It's the perfect place to go when you need a pick-me-up or are just craving some yummy fro-yo!
Love the options and ability to customize and make your own dessert creations. Great flavours and quality of yogurt with an amazing amount of choices for toppings that are always being updated. The pricing is great since you can pick how much or how little you want. Parking is never an issue and you can eat inside, outside or take it on the go. Open year round so even if you crave a cold treat when there is a snow storm outside Menchie's has got you covered.
Its a long been along year, and its really nice to get out in the fresh air on a spring day and go for the ridiculously amazing yogurt. But the extra topping for Free is that unreal friendly staff! Best in this business, Thankyou! Sincerely JayMac
I went tonight at around 845! I have not really been anywhere since re-openings have happened. I was really pleased with how clean everything was. Also felt super comfortable that everyone has to wear gloves. Ryan who was working was very pleasant and very helpful! He made this experience easy and seamless. On top of helping guests, the whole time he was cleaning and helping with online orders. THANK YOU!
