Ordered 2 slices of Cheesecake Factory cakes, via Uber Eats. Definitely not fresh. You can tell since the outer parts were hard and the inside crumbled...sooooo dry. Wow Maybe they send the stale items for Uber orders.
First time at Menchies. I loved that they have Nutella as a topping. Place was clean. All the forzen yogurt and toppings were full and being refilled as I was fixing my cup. It was $30 for three people so a little expensive but very good. I enjoyed it. Staff was nice.
Go to dessert spot. Large array of toppings, regular flavours, and special flavours. Owner is extremely friendly and personable. He runs a good, clean store.
Its good lots of flavors and toppings, but be prepared to pay 30$ or more plus tip for 2 bowls of product / about 2.5 cups worth in each bowl
This place and it’s service is horrible. The older man behind the counter, I guess he’s the owner does not know how to run a business. I asked for an extra spoon and he refused and handed me a flimsy spoon. When I said it’s hard to eat that one, he said it costs him to hand out the spoon that the company is supposed to give. Flavor selection was limited, no testers or trial flavors. They didn’t have any paper napkins, the owner was literally handing out one at a time sitting behind a counter and a very rude insolent man. Learn to run a business first. Businesses run not on profits but customers returning to this place. And I for sure ain’t visiting the place for the horrible customer service and state of this business. Good luck making profits saving on spoons.
Our family loves this location, the owner always makes our two little girls feel so special. Amazing customer service, this has become our go to spot. Always clean and sanitary! 100% recommend!
Place was clean and most of the frozen yogurts were full. One was a little slower to come out but still usable. Toppings were all full or being refilled. Staff were pleasant. Outdoor area to sit was perfect.

I rarely post a negative review but felt compelled. First, it seems everything on their website is wrong or outdated. Not all the flavours they boast and no family packs don't exist despite half price Wednesday's shown on their website. Are any of the advertised daily specials extinct? Second, when I ask about the iced cappuccino flavour or family pack, the staff behaved like I must be stupid - no regrets or "sorry" but the ubiquitous smile that is supposed to compensate for misinformation and misleading ads! Third, the price for a large cup, I have to serve myself is outrageous comparable to weight of precious metal or premium gas. I was very disappointed. I hadn't gone in a while and I won't go back. Other ice treat options are nearby.
Cute patio, good stock and options. Always nice staff! I will say the girl working tonight maybe takes her job a little too seriously, constantly on people about small rules no snacking, wearing gloves, etc.. I know they're the rules and she's just doing her job but she could maybe lighten up a bit!
