I was VERY disappointed with almost ALL of the employees, and my experience as a whole. Would give one star, but of the 10 people I asked or help, ONE of them actually seemed interested in helping me out. I went to the store to get materials for crafting, I'm unfamiliar with the store, so I had to ask a few different employees for directions. None of them answered politely, in fact, I was treated as though I was the biggest burden for simply asking a quick question or for advice on a product. Eventually I had to ask another SHOPPER for help picking out a hand sander! when I got to the check out, I was making small talk with the cashier. I said " I swear, I only intended to get sandpaper!" The cashier LITERALLY rolled her eyes and said "I could tell." I was shocked by how blatantly rude everyone was! I've worked in retail for many years, so I go out of my way to be polite to people that have to work with the public. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the same courtesy. On a good note, I was able to find everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. Although, I would have been out of the store 30 minutes earlier. if I had found an employee with basic customer service skills. The store was also very clean. I think I will be doing my shopping at Lowes or Ace Hardware in the future

No one there can help you. We had to wait 10 minutes to get help, then when they did come (3 guys). One couldn't use a ladder the other two just bented their necks and said guess that all we have. (we had a rain check for 20 units they only had 15.At the check out we told her about the rain check oh we can't honor this, it was from the Beaver Dam store. Call for help. Other lady said to honor the rain and looked in the computer to see that the store had many more boxes in the storage. No one knows how to work anymore!

It'll have just about anything you need if you have to do any house repairs. Also has the best stock of Sprecher's soda in town.
