I’ve only just discovered this pizza shop. Honestly, I would’ve never known about this establishment if I hadn’t to be on Main St last week, and seen a woman from the shop window devouring a slice of cheese pizza. Seeing her caused me to turn my car around and purchase 2 slices of cheese pizza. The perfect cheese/tomato sauce/crust ratio. Not salty and overly seasoned. The size was enough to be filling and not too big as to overwhelm. I went back yesterday to get a large cheese and it was done within five minutes everyone who claimed they weren’t going to eat pizza couldn’t resist - should’ve bought 3 larges.
I arrived at the classic looking sub and pizza shop by the recommendation of some construction workers working a little up the block on main street. Needless to say I try to only write positive reviews and this was an easy choice here. I got the steak bomb which was honestly incredible and only beaten by classic Buccis in Everett although now after COVID that place is not that greatnew owners the same cannot be said for Melrose House. My wife got the Italian sub and everything tasted so fresh and it was just a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back!
They have amazing steak fries in huge portions. The pizza is delicious as well. Sometimes the service can be a little harsh when it's busy.Food: 4/5
I ordered from here last night and me and my kids all God sick from the food. It's usually good but something with the food last night hit us all wrong. Would love my money back but that's probably not going to happen.
We Order a sub and man on phone gm gave me attitude and wouldn’t take any. Criticism and haven’t been since and I let I know. About his customer service has a lot to be desired, not happy. July 18-22 this happened I walk the Victorian fair. And give a update

I called TWICE and both times was a disaster. First time I placed an order the guy was rude, then upon delivering the food the order was incorrect, I ordered a small cheese pizza and diet Pepsi and a slice of chocolate cake. We got and charged for a LARGE PIZZA, COKE AND CARROT CAKE. I decided to give it another try because my ex husband is sick in Elmhurst and he likes them today I get the same guy takes my order and then says his credit card machine is down, THEN HANGS UP ON ME. NEVER AGAIN
Very rude staff. Won’t be going back. Also, didn’t change their gloves between handling a credit card and food.
