I could not be more impressed with the service and care I have received from Dr. Brown. As an adult orthodontics patient, I was nervous about the whole process. Dr. Brown and her amazing staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. They were consistently pleasant and positive. I actually looked forward to my appointments! The fact that they have a satellite office in Mansfield also made visits much more convenient. Both offices are in converted houses, so it is a more comfortable environment than a typical dentist's office. It really seemed to put the child patients at ease. The offices are clean and organized. I really appreciated Dr. Brown's attention to detail. Even on routine visits, I never left the office without her first inspecting the hygienists' work and checking to make sure that everything was going well. My regular dentist described her work (the placement of the brackets and cement) as "meticulous" and said it made it that much easier to keep my teeth clean while the braces were on. I have recommended Dr. Brown to everyone I know who is seeking an orthodontist for themselves or their children. I cannot praise her enough!
