The staff is great and very friendly. They suggest about a year ago that I get a bite guard because I was having problems with my jaw from clenching and grinding my teeth. I have worn it faithfully every night and can tell a huge difference. My jaw no longer hurts everyday and I am saving my teeth from breaking.  I would recommend it if you ever notice yourself doing this.

my first visit went very well...the staff was very friendly, professional and informative. the office and waiting areas very clean and comfortable. Dr. Marzo was very helpful and explained everything very clearly so I could understand exactly what was happening....looking forward to future visits..

I’ve been going to Dr Marzo for 18 months. I sought out Dr Marzo after seeing her ad about gentle dentistry and a great referral from a friend. I HAD a fear of dentist due to repeated bad experiences. I would avoid dentists unless I had a problem due to the pain I would be in. At Dr Marzo’s office the staff always makes me feel welcome and greets me by name when I come in. When I started to see Dr Marzo my teeth were so sensitive that they were unable to use any air or polishing tools on my teeth. They worked with my sensitivity issues making the experience relaxing and calmed my fears. 18 months later my sensitivity is gone I even had a few teeth polished to take off some rough spots. I highly recommend Dr Marzo and have even gotten some of my family to see her. My confidence level has gone through the roof and I no longer fear going to the dentist

Moving to a new area of the country is always complicated and I needed to find a dentist. I was very pleased with my experience at Fingerlakes Dental and look forward to working with that office in the future! Quite enjoyable and thoroughly professional.

Before visiting Dr. Marzo, I was literally afraid of 'the dentist'.  I procrastinated for nearly 3 years before going in, knowing I would need a substantial amount of work done.  I was put immediately at ease.  I felt a genuine connection with their office.  Her demeanor made me feel comfortable and appreciated.  I did, in fact, have to have a lot of work done.  Teeth pulled (referred out), several fillings and a root canals (referred out), all under her dedicated and meticulous care.  After just over year, I am done,  and have never felt better about myself.  I know I'm in good hands when I visit Dr. Marzo and her staff.  Another detail worth mentioning is her staff.  They are amazing!  They are very professional, thorough, and gentle.  I just can't say enough good things about this entire office.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
