The ladies at this store are very professional and kind each time I go in. One lady in particular has been extra helpful and kind to me. Simran Malik. I shared with her my dear Mom has passed away this summer and she was so compassionate. It r ought me to tears. Since then, any time I see her she goes out of her way to help me. Last night I noticed she goes out of her way to help every customer. Very very kind and she loves her job, it shows. Thank you so much.

Loved the brand until the worst experience we had and only due to error made by the staff. They gave us the wrong size knowing that i was heading for a party and how much that size mattered. Now i cannot even wear the top purchased for my event spoiling the entire mood. Never promoting this brand due to the quality of service!

Employee stole from my gf. Will not be shopping in this outlet ever again knowing how the staff treats its customers. I will be calling head office to report your rep for her actions today. She went in 15 seconds after my gf was done changing and put the sunglasses in her person knowing no cameras are in sight. Management was no help and did not offer to look at cameras during the time of the event. We did not leave the store over any period of time so there is no chance of anyone else stealing them. Shame on your store and it’s staff.
