Meijer Pharmacy

Would give 0 stars if I could. My prescription is never ready even when it has been called in a couple weeks before I need it. I have never had a problem with prescriptions before going to Meijer Pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with!!! Learned today when I stopped to get my prescriptions that I'm responsible for calling my doctor for refills, so 3 of my 4 meds had not been filled. No one had bothered to let me know that it was my responsibility, so here I sit 5 days after calling my scripts in and only 1 has been filled!!!! The pharmacy manager was no help whatsoever; he made me feel like it was MY problem!!! My advice...find a good, reputable pharmacy to use. Meijer isn't the place to go for decent customer service!!!

pharmacy provides the worst customer service. Spoke to the pharmacist regarding a prescription that is not allowed on their auto refill list (even though I have gotten it filled every month for the last 4 years). I was completely out and the pharmacist offered no help to get it renewed and was extremely rude. She would not let me talk, talked over me and told me too bad. No help, no empathy, just total rudeness. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions next month. I deserve better treatment than that.

Similar to a comment from someone else. Often got an automated call saying a prescription was ready, went to pick up--Oh, it hasn't been put up yet. Do you have shopping to do? No, I'm here because you call and said my prescription was ready. After using their CS pharmacy for 3-4 years, I got an automated call, and called them back to see if it was for me (only one prescription) or my husband. They said we can't tell you what it is, it's not for you. I told them we had filled up paperwork so we could pick up each other's prescriptions. We don't have that on file, you must have filled it out at another Meijer. Are you kidding me? This is the only Meijer we have ever gotten prescriptions at. Well, we don't have your forms on file. After waiting until 8:58pm (they close at 9pm) to call back, they said they did not have my husband's medication, and no area Meijer had it until Saturday. This was on Tuesday, and my husband had been calling daily since Sunday. We switched to a small-town pharmacy who treat us very well.

30 minute waits are typical and the customer service is non-existent
