Medium Rare Carnivore Club

Had the pleasure to visit this place. It is located in a new white area in the southwest. People are very friendly, they look after your needs very promptly. The place is very clean and looked after. Great for family gatherings and/or business meetings. Mss as me sure you try their wings and steaks. The food was great and will have to come back for more. Stay healthy and keep on eating. #chicicares

The first couple of times we visited this restaurant, we were so happy with the ambience and food. The food taste and presentation were great. When we went back a few months later, it looked completely different. Menu changed, restaurant design changed. I think there was a change in ownership. The new version of the restaurant was quite disappointing. The presentation was bad and the steak was tiny and dry. And the burger orders don't come with sides anymore. Our bill was the same as our bill when we go to Montana's or Earl's, but it was so not worth the money. The only upside? A nice server, although service was slow since he was the only one there. Not going back there again.

Very professional and personable with lots of attention to detail. The wagyu burger with the onion ring was great and I don’t even care for onions! Truffle fries and toffee pudding cake were also good and a lot more variety on the menu and main entrees to try other times. This is choice for carnivores of course but there are a few dishes for the veg types and I’m certain the chefs would be accommodating. Everything was delicious! The burgers, the truffle fries…but the cheesecake. What in the world. A spongy dry cake sitting on a bed of raw batter? I’m not even sure what to say. For $10.. I’m so sad lol

I don’t know what happened to this place. Must be under new ownership. The mama chicken burger used to be delicious - now it is beyond disgusting. This is the egg - which was COVERED in black pepper and was inedible.

We arrived at 5pm. The tables, chairs, and floor were all dirty. Even though the place was quiet, cleaning was not a priority. The food was tasty but the steaks were not appropriate size or cut. They were the same thickness as fast fry steaks. So obviously they were over cooked. Definitely not worth the price that we were charged. The service was good. I would return to try a burger or chicken sandwich but not for steak meal. Ample parking available.

The food is good here. The sliders was really good. You can taste the crust and caramelization of the meat which is cook to perfection. Though a relish might accentuate the sliders even more. I tried my friend's crabcakes. It is really good as the crab does not have that old crab taste and the breading is crispy. The sauce works well with the crab cakes. Though plating for crab cakes may need to change as it feels a bit bare on one end of the plate. I ordered the bone-in ribeye steak. The steak is seasoned perfectly and the side is good. My side is Philly fries with asparagus. One complaint is the dip is a bit salty. Dessert was creme Brule. The dessert was done perfectly with the caramelized sugar crust. And the custard is not too sweet. I would come back again.

Everything is well presented. First time dining here together with the family. There mushroom garlic are so good and truffle fries. But what was outstanding was there juicy burger and steak. Would love to go back here again!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at @mediumrare_carnivoreclub for my daughter's 18th birthday. The Scallop Primavera that I ate were so freaking yummy and absolutely perfectly cooked. In fact best I have ever had! The Calamari was perfect as well. It's a little restaurant with maybe a dozen tables, great food and our waitress was so sweet. : The only issue I had is that it was really, really warm by the windows. The evening sun hits hard in the summer, and lowering the shades didn't really help. But 5 Stars for the food and service. I will be back. :

Overall we really enjoyed our meal here. We started with the mango mocktail and long island ice tea. The ice tea tasted great but at $12 thought it was a bit small. The mango mocktail was also good but it was just a bit too thick. For the food we had the signature medium rare burger with extra patty for $6.50. The burger was huge because of this and the meat was very tasty. The bread was just ok however we've had better. I had the pulled pork sandwich which I thought was very good and had the right amount of BBQ sauce. Restaurants tend to go light on the sauce but they didn't which was nice. The combo with fries is $19 so it's definitely not cheap but the quality is there. I have to agree with previous reviews that the atmosphere suffers a bit from how small the dining room is and how close the tables are to each other. The chairs are very comfortable however which was nice.
