Medigas

Never again, Will I ever come back My insurance approve my machine, even said they would verify that they are covering the machine with a fax of the letter I was told by medigas they were burnt before and I wasn't getting my machine till they actually receive the cheque, They don't care about their customers , I am very sick and go to the hospital until I get my machine I was told by medical I can take my business else where, I said to wait and waste more time I called other oxygen places and everyone single one said , they would have gave me my machine with verification from disability 9 days later I called medigas to see if they got the cheque, they said yes they receive it yesterday, today I went to pick up my machine it was sealed in the box, was told the instructions were in the box they didn't go over with me to show me how to use It, I never had a machine before I was in the parking lot decided to check if everything is There, no mask, they are extra, why they didn't put it through with my insurance , now I have to go through red tape again to get my mask covered I called another oxygen place and was told that they would have went through everything with me , i am very disappointment with medigas, not sure if I was discriminated cause I am on odsp or if this the way they treat everyone
