Wonderful small-town pharmacy. Old school attention paid to repeat customers.

the only reason that I am giving this location 2 stars is because their service in the actual store is quite good but delivery is the complete opposite. Trying to get a live person on the phone is pure torture for someone with mental health issues that include anxiety. It sometimes takes over a week without meds before I can get a person to answer the phone and the general mailbox states that they will call you back ASAP and that never happens. Prime example, I saw my doctor who ordered a new med last Wednesday the 6th and it is now the 13th and have yet to get someone to answer the phone before it goes to the voicemail graveyard. I am currently out of other meds that this location has the refills on file and will probably continue to be without them until I can get someone on the phone for delivery. This is no way to run a business that the majority of their customers are mental health patients... it can be dangerous to quit taking medications for many of the people and to have to do this regularly is inexcusable.
this place is filled with incompetence and a lack of urgency for anything and everything. i usually don’t write reviews, especially bad ones, but i have never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy. i was supposed to have a prescription filled days ago and when i called the medicine shoppe this morning, they were rude and made it a point to tell me it would take a while to fill my already approved and in stock prescription that was supposed to be filled DAYS ago. I understand the shortage of workers, and empathize with it but at least have the decency to be nice to customers who keep your place of business open when you’re lacking in workers, medications, etc.
Excellent customer service, delivery and a spirit of sincere cooperation. The women are easy on the eyes too.
This is the hardest working team you will ever find at any pharmacy ever. Cannot say enough good things.
