Medical Clinic Monteuil

The absolute worse service I have ever had at a clinic. our family doctor is at this clinic I went for an appointment for my daughter who was perscribed antibiotics and was told if the symptoms persist, to call back and take a follow up appointment.nI called back and the secretary told me there was nothing she could do and that I could not take an appointment. How is anyone supposed to get appointments with their doctors if the secretaries turn everyone away! They keep telling us to make appointments through the online system, to which I have been trying for over 12 months and not once have I ever been able to make an appointment with our family doctor through that system.nnHow is it that the doctors tell their patients to call back and make an appointment if there is anything, and the secretaries just turn us away. This is the case for myself, my wife and our daughter; all 3 of us have family doctors at this clinic.

This clinic is absolutely ridiculous, I've been calling for over 8 days to speak with MY family doctor because she prescribed me medication and when I went to pick it up, I saw that it's not the same name as the one she had told me on the appointment. So I want to know what's going on??? Was there a mistake made??? Am I suppose to start this medication??? And it's been over 8 days no one is contacting me. I've called multiple times and no one contacts me back with a response. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS OR FAMILY HERE. There service is horrible, this is not a salon where u can not call back this is a medical clinic !!!! THEY NEED TO TAKE THINGS SERIOUSLY!!!!

Horrible service. Have been on a waiting listing for over 2 years for a family doctor, finally get a call from this clinic offering me a family doctor. Could of only provided me an mid afternoon appointment on a Monday. Came into work monday had a very important meeting. Called the clinic right away to cancel the appointment for my first general meeting with the doctor and the secretary VERY rude threatens that i wont be able to have a family doctor at their clinic because i didnt call 24 hours i advance.. i advise we dnt work on sundays and the urgent meeting at work came to our attention same day!! Super rude and really dissapointed. Was super happy to have finally recieved a call for a family doctor, was really not expecting to be treated this way.

Very bad. Avoid this clinic. The health professionals are unprofessional and disrespectful to patients.

If you have an appointment at x hours... Think about the fact you will stay until + 1h30 more... Almost every time!!! The doctors are great... But what happen with the big delay every time?!? I had three time to call to tell my job I will be late.
