What an absolute gem! Really beautifully decorated. Spacious but somehow a cosy warm feel at the same time. The staff were efficient and so welcoming. But the real star is the food. It is stunning. Amazing flavours all round and beautifully presented. Good portions and great value for money. Delighted with this new addition to boundary road
Oh wow, this has to be the nicest restaurant I have been to for lunch, in a long time. Based on Boundary Road, near Portslade Station, it offers a lunch or a la carte menu. The interior design is wonderful and you can enjoy a long leisurely lunch without feeling rushed. The waiter Chris, I think his name was, was very attentive and very polite. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for me. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant very soon!
The food was fab, the sharing platter was loaded with fantastic tasty treats, perfectly cooked Lamb Chops that were tasty, chicken wings, and lamb shish more than enough for 4 people. Good choice of options on the menu, plenty for vegetarians as well. Prices are sensible, the staff are polite and efficient. We were there for a birthday and the staff delivered a dessert with a sparkler and sang happy birthday. The kitchen is open to view, so you can see the cooking and cleaning going on. The restaurant is nicely decorated but was quiet however it was a Sunday.
Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. All of the food was freshly cooked and delicious. Attentive service and really lovely atmosphere. It is rare to find somewhere this good at an affordable price.
Absolutely phenomenal food, service that is so welcoming you’ll feel like family and a beautiful interior decor. Very happy to have such a wonderful new restaurant on our very own boundary road!
The nicest food and waiters. Reasonably priced and lovely atmosphere. This was their 3-5 people sharing platter we had between 4 people and there were leftovers, which we obviously took with us!
I really wanted to give 5 stars, I'm hoping we just caught them on a bad night.. I'll start with the good! The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what I was hoping for I chose lamb chops. And we had a cold and hot sharing platter as a starter the presentation was beautiful. The service was so friendly and attentive and overall very warm. Unfortunately there was quite a wait on drink orders I think only one bartender, not his fault we ordered 2 rounds for 5 people and they took quite some time. Mains orders were taken but forgotten so had to reorder. New business, there's going to be teething problems and room to learn and grow. Overall I would recommend.. As long as you're not in a rush.
Good turkish food and very nicely decorated, however I feel it was a little bit pricey for what you get, lamb Shish almost £20 pounds for 7 pieces, I mean if it was located in the city centre area I would of understand as rate and rent is very high but in Portslade area it could of been just a tad cheaper.
Very good restaurant the food was so fresh and delicious. The service was very good and fast and the lunch menu is very well prices.The restaurant itself looks very nice, clean and well kept. Including the restrooms. A few steps from portslade station. Definitely will revisit when I am in the area!!!
Freshly prepared delicious food. Lovely ambience. Polite staff prompt service. £20 a head included olives and bread whilst waiting for order and main course plus drink Main course portion very generous Child friendly. Highly recommended. We will return when we are in the area again
