Came here because they are close to home and holy moly they are so fast and so nice. They don’t struggle to get a vein! Highly recommend them! In and out in less than 10 minutes. They staff are the nicest
Employees of this lab are rude. This lab doesn't have any system. One has to wait for n number of hours. They don't have a proper waiting area.nAnd God help you if you miss your turn as they call your name in a low voice.nThey ask you to scan your health card and they don't even check what's the reason of the visit.nAnd when your turn comes, then you get to know that the test you are there for is not happening for xyz reason.nReceptionist is rude don't know how to deal with people/Patients.nChoose any other lab this is the worst. I don't know how they have 4.2 rating
Absolute blunder services.nStaff is too outdated and no knowledge on simple queries. To see test result, signup process is just worse. Staff at this location speacially a mid aged women at front desk in her 50s has rude behaviour and tone. Other Technical staff do not pick the call, tried couple of time to get answers to some basic signup queries but they always keep me on hold. I moved on to other lab after wasting time knocking my head again and again at this location.
Very very Worst Experience..nEmployee of this laboratory are very rude, specially the mid- age receptionist who speaksGujrati at their job. She don't know how to treat with patients, i literally give 0 star to this laboratory. She have to learn some way to talk to others,I don't know why this type of people are working there.The management should take action on them. I saw many other reviews, but still she’s working there with same behaviour. Please don’t go there choose other lab.
