Even if you get here right when it opens there’s already a massive lineup. It’ll always take over 2 hours to be seen for simple bloodwork. Booking is also ridiculous as they don’t have openings for a full week most times. If you have to do hormonal bloodwork good luck getting an appointment in time you have to do it before a certain time after you wake up.
Woman at the front desk of Lab tests not x rays does not know basic English. She confused us saying that she needed doctor’s confirmation for my ecg requisition. She asked us to wait until she gets confirmation for the doctor. We waited and then she called us to ask who is the doc that prescribed the test. After we gave the name that was written just on the top of requisition form she said nothing and asked to wait again for infinite time maybe. We went back to ask if she got the doc’s confirmation she was like yeah I asked YOU for the confirmation!!!! Like whhhaatttt?!!! Then she asked us to wait for 2 hours and expected to stand right there for 2 hours as she can call any time but in about 2 hours but we can not go back home and come back as they will close the lab. I mean please get your facts straight
Literally the most filthy place I’ve ever been. A medical office should be spotless and sanitary, the urine collection is right beside where people are supposed to sit. The two woman who greet people at the front desk were extremely rude! The office looked like it has never been cleaned since it opened. There are holes in the wall and dirt and dust everywhere. This LifeLabs location clearly has not been health inspected by someone who knows how to do their job. It’s hot and STINKS of body odour . I left feeling like I was going to be sick. This is NOT what a medial office should be.
Small seating area. Good staff over-all, I have never had a problem here. It is best to book an appointment that walk in. I booked my appointment, got there 15 minutes early and got seen right way. The phlebotomist was really caring and took her time to do the job right.nnPRO TIP: Book an appointment, you will get seen faster.
