MEC - Burlington

Staff is abundant, visible and helpful; they made our visit memorable, easy and enjoyable. MEC Burlington has a wide selection of goods and the store layout is quite navigable and pleasant to tour.

Relatively quick service. I was returning an item. It was very smooth. I think they extended their hours immediately after the ease up of the lockdown and updated their Google page right away. I was very pleased that I didn't need to make phone calls to ascertain the accuracy of the hours of operation!

My first visit to the store and was very happy. I needed a Wetsuit but as it was early March none were on display. Sales assistant Paul took care of my needs and was extremely helpful Left with my Wetsuit and more.

Nice place to go. Jennifer was very helpful with our climbing shoe purchase. Tool initiative to constantly bring out different shoe sizes.

Good Service. Friendly & attentive staff. Easy return and exchange process.

Everyone I dealt with waa very friendly and was able to provide me with some great feedback on specific products they have experience with. Love going to this store!

Can be pricey, but the staff here are great and extremely helpful. I love that I own part of this company!
