I really appreciated the quick correspondence through e-mail with my inquiries. I purchased a Norco and am happy that in a few months they allow you to bring the bike back for a tune up free of change. This shows me that they care about their customers and want your bike to preform at its peak.
Friendly and helpful service. The store has so many bike accessories and a great assortment of bikes. Found what we needed at a reasonable price! Chris also took the time to show us bike trails in the area and suggested some great new ones!
