Jacky helped us to successfully buy our house in a very fast-paced and challenging market. Because we chose to buy from long-distance, Jacky served as our eyes and ears for understanding the property and all its flaws before deciding whether to bid on it. Once we made our offer, Jacky negotiated expertly on our behalf. Throughout the process Jacky communicated with us regularly and and always kept her commitment to us - making a stressful process significantly less so. And once we arrived in our house Jacky went above-and-beyond, helping us to clean our filthy home and offering to give us her own furnishings make sure we were comfortable until our belongings arrived. And after all that, she even gave us a lovely gift. We always felt Jacky had our best interests at heart and we came to trust her knowledge of homes and the area immensely through working with her. If ever we move again we will be using Jacky and consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have chosen her as our Realtor in the first place.

When you hire someone to do a job, there are certain regular things that you expect done correctly. The REAL professionals go above and beyond and do not just deliver the regular promises, but deliver a service that not all people are capable of offering. Jacky van der Ven is one of these very few top professionals that seemingly without effort make buying or selling a house a great experience for all involved. We have now used Jacky to purchase and sell a home. Both times she delivered top notch service and actually sold our house before it was even listed on the market, saving us what could have been many months of showings, open houses and stress. Jacky sold my Okotoks Condo Apartment and was great! Business-like, personable, knowledgeable...a great combination! In addition, as I was going to be out of the country at Possession, she recommended to me, and arranged for, a move-out cleaning company. And always timely in returning calls and emails, which is an additional bonus! 5-Stars! Thanks again, Jacky!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Jacky but a couple of key points to know is she is someone that will always go the extra mile to ensure she finds you what you are looking for and she is very patient which I know my dad appreciated when we were looking for our house a couple of years ago! We loved working with Jacky and will be reaching out for her assistance again some day :)
