Meadows Mobile home park

This place sucked!! Management is horrible and will tell anyone and everyone a tenant or potential tenant's business including financial information! There is no confidentiality, the park manager is rude and disrespectful, and very judgmental! Don't try to rent from this place.

I am a former resident of park. I would never again reside there.!!! There was a owner, of a mobile home, who was forced to be harrassed by a renter to the point of destruction of her unit. This renter set fire mutiply times to owner's unit, owner elderly lady no problem to anyone, also to storage shed containing not only lawn equipment and freezer but several containers of gasoline. This would have lead to destruction to other mobile homes and possible deaths!!!! I resided there during this time and was also a witness to an even more unbelieveable action by this renter. During the day when many people were out talking to others the person walked to the yard poured gas onto this lady's car set it on fire and calmly walked away. I will give our local court system much credit as she was arrested and jailed. The park did not allow her to return and demanded the owner of the mobile home to remove the residence, but he has been allowed to keep others there. Before I moved he still was not screening his renters and there was many problems with them so it has been a decision of many person to leave the park. I will not give his name as it is not fair to him as many people like him and his homes and I am glad. If we all formed opinions of people from the statements of others and not check them out ourselves we might lose out on some might great friendships and business deals!!! All I am saying is check things out for yourself.
