Breckenridge Manufacture Home Community

We lived here about a year and a half. At first the management was terrible, never in the office, answered the phone or returned your calls. I asked about having an issue fixed and waited almost 8 months to get something done. And the only reason it did was because of new management! Joleen took over and has done a tremendous amount of work to turn the place around. Her maintenance man and her are always out in the community with a smile on their face. I saw major improvements within the first couple of weeks of her taking over. She is very passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her tenants. As long as Joleen is in management I would live here again!

No idea who the new owners are. The new manager is not very compassionate. The park looks worse then ever with all the old mobile homes they brang in from who know where. The bugs have gotten worse since..

Jolee was absolutely amazing. For a manager at a park, I've never had a friendlier or more helpful manager. I definitely recommend, and would return if i go to Michigan again.

Rules say no fire works yet people all around me have been setting them off . Trailer park manager seems to think this is ok cause she won't return my calls. Don't recomend this court at all . Manager seems to let the residents who have been here for a long time do as they please and does not care about new people who have moved in. Not a great place in my opinion

I live here so I may be biased but I like it here. Neighbors are nice, the park is under better management now. It's great really! Hope it gets better
