At MDW Law, formerly McGinty Doucet Walker, we believe the best thing we can do for our clients is to solve their problems as quickly, effectively and inexpensively as possible.
But we also believe that our willingness to litigate and our success in litigation are very important factors in the negotiation process and play a large role in the results.
We focus on personal injury, family law and estate planning and litigation. We are experienced in all aspects of family law, including separation of married and common law relationships, separation agreements, uncontested and litigated divorce, division of matrimonial property, child support, spousal support, custody, parenting plans, shared parenting, child protection, adoption, cohabitation contracts, marriage contracts and pre-nuptial agreements, same sex marriage and divorce. But our experience is by no means limited to family law. We also practice wills and estates, elder law, and civil litigation including wrongful dismissal and personal injury.
