I was in a bad motor vehicle accident in 2006. I suffered from a broken femur, broken ankle, torn ligaments and broken ribs, not to mention the Trauma and PTSD that goes along with any motor vehicle accident. During my 4 years that it took for me to heal, John was there to ensure I got what I needed to ensure a healthy but speedy recovery; from wheelchairs, walkers, canes, prescriptions etc. During the time of my discovery, the 'Cap' came in to play. This made it extremely difficult to get any kind of insurance settlement over the $2,500 cap, based on the restrictions placed upon any motor vehicle owners by the Government of Nova Scotia. But with his hard work and dedication to me and my case, and despite the Legislative and Regulatory limitations, we were able to settle with an amount that both myself and John were happy about.
