I understand that we came during rush hour and that things can get stressful — I don’t expect perfection. But out of the 8 items we ordered, only 3 were correct. We received things we didn’t order, and several items we did pay for were missing entirely. I ended up paying more than what I actually got. It’s frustrating because it’s not a complex task — it’s a list of items. All I expect is to receive what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less.
Seriously unorganized.waited 10 minutes for a coffee . Others had their coffee and waited longer for food. Actually some customers yelling at staff in french , not acceptable , they must have been frustrated.
Waited 20mins inside in line and it didn't move. We ended up going thru the drive thru, it took 3-4 mins to start the order, took 5 mins for them to take our order, and guess what, we've been waiting 20mins at the drive thru waiting area for our food.... What are the chances they actually get our order right?
Went in for breakfast, ordered 1 latte and one breakfast burrito, food decent, drink service decent, food service is very slow, took 15 mins.
Very clean good service.nNo outside quite area to eat.nJust noisy parking lot.
