McDonald's

Has decent customer service. Drive through is a hit or a miss at this one. I find that about 75% of the time in the drive through i am told to pull forward. Even when i have a small order of food. My food order is about 50% correct on most days. The crew here is friendly, especially the morning crew. I have never had a problem with my breakfast order. I seem to run into problems at lunch time. If i do run into a problem the managers are quick to resolve what ever issue that i have. I go to this McDonald's several times a week and i will continue to go back.

Coffee is NEVER hot.... It's always just warm... Not even almost hot....It's a shame cause i actually like their coffee..... I keep trying to get some coffee from there but always disappointed... I really want to know why their coffee is not hot.... I mean do they pre-pour it and let it sit till someone orders it?

I experienced one of the most unacceptable interactions between management and labor ever. Employee returning late was instructed to do 20 pushups in front of the entire restaurant. Sadly I lacked the skill set and courage to intervene. I will be contacting corporate to condemn action of boss.

waited 13 min for 2 pmint mochas can't taste pmint at all should have got coffee would have been cheeper

I really have no comment on the food, McDonald's is McDonald's and you get what you pay for. What I can say is that the service has significantly slowed down in the last year or two. Used to be able to go through the drive thru in 5 to 10 minutes and now it takes anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes to get through, unless it's not busy.
