Just In Time BBQ

I stopped here few days ago got a BBQ sandwich and some BBQ ribs. Sandwich was very good juicy and ribs were amazing. You could taste the smoke and the love that was put into cooking them. The also serve ice cream and many sides to go with the meat. There is a small area to dine in. There is also a drive thru window. There open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday and Friday they do biscuits and gravy in the morning from 5-10. Prices on the sandwich and ribs were great for the quality I received. I will be returning here. As a matter of fast I will be stopping in to get some biscuits and gravy today.

Location / Atmosphere - Very quant place with a few tables and chairs. Very clean and well managed. Food / Beverage - Simple menu perfect for a quick lunch.  I had the beef tips which were done to perfection.  Very tender and just the right amount of smoke flavor.  My wife had the pulled pork sandwich which was excellent.   A quick suggestion, grab some BBQ sauce as a side. Came back for desert.  Loved the ice cream selection.  Very interesting flavor combinations with 'good quality'. Service - Very quick and friendly service.  We grabbed our food to go and think that we were in an out in about 10 minutes. In summary - Kind of 'diamond in the rough'.  Never thought that by the looks of the place from outside that the food and service would have been so good.  Had a chance to talk with the owners this time around.  Very friendly and eager to serve us.  Always love a good family owned restaurant as the service and quality of food is extra special and different. Thanks for a great lunch... We'll stop in the next time that were in the Freeport area.

Not an overpowering smoke flavor. Everything I had was outstanding. Pulled pork, chicken, and ribs.

Family owned and operated means no "Big Box" junk here. Awesome smoked meats, great side dishes and over 25 flavors of amazing icecream. You definitely won't be disappointed.
