McDonald's

I had a coupon for a free egg mcmuffin and she said my coupon was only good for 30 days. I have used many coupons for McDonald's and was never told that and if I do your survey it should be good until I get it used. We eat at McDonalds a lot.

I had a good Southwest grilled chicken salad. Delivered right to my table quick as a wink. Good job!

I don't like to post critical reviews, but every time I go to this McDonalds they can never get the order correct or complete. On my last visit I went through the drive thru. It took 20 minutes for my food to come out. The employee then gave my order to the wrong customer waiting for their order. Luckily they looked in the bag and figured out it wasn't their order and gave it to me. I then found I was missing half my order. I had to go into the restaurant and explain to them what was missing. They seemed very confused in regards to how to complete my order. Also I ordered grilled chicken on my salad and they gave me crispy chicken and they gave me a spoon to eat my salad with.

Entrance and exit are a hassle. Double drive thru which is nice. Slow inside service.
