I had the worst experience of my life there last night. I sit in the drive through line for 10 mins almost. I know it was late so i did not complain; all to get up to order and they shut the lights off. No one say hey were closed, sorry we missed you, or nothing there had been several cars in the line before ten. I go to the window just for the young lady with red hair to tell me they are closed which is fine. I expressed I would like to know who the manager is because the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The lady says I am with at this point she gets extremely rude and has an attitude and say we stay opened until 10:05. I tried to explain that there were several cars in line before 10 and she shut the door and walked away. I felt that her attitude towards the situation was very uncaused for while she walked way mumbling a racial slur as another young lady laughed. At this point I’m feeling frustrated but still calm because my race should have nothing l to do with anything. I noticed another manager so I knocked on the window and he refused to speak to me. At this point I state to them I feel this is because I am Black. I soon asked for the corporate number and the store managers name he soon said that I was making the employees uncomfortable so he was going to call the police because I asked for these peices of information while being black. This behavior should never be tolerated. I already had complaints about food before and finding a hairs in my food due to management team not forcing employees to have hair up, or allowing employees to wear fake nail and polish. The food is always cold and and sometimes they sale expired product and this last incident just completely thrown me for a loop, which is why I’m reaching out. I will not stop until this is corrected. Thank you so much for your time. Hopefully you guys can help them correct these issues I have expressed.

I just get the egg white biscuit w/no bacon & caramel latte but I prefer it over said fancy pants coffee place anytime

They where perfect with my meal and they where so fast with getting it out to me with no problems thank you.

My food is always served fast, hot and fresh. I don't often eat fast food but this is a good place to go in a pinch. The employees have always been really friendly!

Bathrooms were clean, coffee fresh, food fresh,& very friendly staff thank you for good service .
