Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Absolute worst service I have ever had. We arrived at 6:15 and waited over an hour and a half for our food. My pasta was brought out first. And the server brought out another plate every 5 minutes until our table of 4 had their meals. By the time everyone had their food, mine was cold. A guest at my table had ordered the whisky bacon burger and it came with no bacon or BBQ on it like it was described. Our sodas were empty for 20 minutes before the server came and checked on us and the restaurant was not at all busy. Our food was pathetic as well as the overal service. I will not be returning.

Horrible service, horrible food. Made me sick to my stomach every time I ate there. I thought I would give it another shot, nope. Made me sick. It also made my anxiety high and gave me the shakes. There is something in their food that shouldn’t be. Also, the Music is too loud, and sucks and the food is too cold. They also microwave their food.

LYING AND UNHELPFUL MANAGER. We walked in at 9:45 and the hostess asked if we were there for their famous "Half Apps" we told her yes as that's what we were there for, we ordered 7 different appetizers around 9:55. Our food got brought out after 10 and it was all good until we got our bill and everything was full price. Our waitress brought out the manager who was just very unprofessional, unkept, somewhat childish, and all around kind of creepy. He basically said we weren't important since the restaurant gets super busy after football games anyway, little did he know we came straight from the football game and it had ended over an hour ago. The place was still DEAD. Unacceptable. Don't support this business because they don't support you.

Sorry to say but I have been there a few times but the last two were not so pleasant experiences,the last one being the worst. The waiter we had was clearly not in a position to work. He was spilling drinks, forgetting things...I suspect he was doing something if you catch my drift. We don't go there anymore, needless to say.

Fun atmosphere but they are not consistent when they make mix drinks
