McDonald's

great service very nice people. Who work there. And very fast at what they do.

This McDonald's far exceeds the other locations in the area. Their food is handled and put together way better than other places. The management has always cared more and ran it better than other locations I've visited. The customer service is great! If I'm going to McDonald's, I always try to make it this one. The only down side is that it doesn't have a Play Place for the kids. But they do have activity books, placemats, and crayons for them, which ends up being good enough.

I can't even begin to list the things and how many times this location has screwed up and/or been extremely unprofessional but today was my last straw. The rude and unprofessional staff went too far this time. I have never been to a location that failed at everything. When they make a mistake THEY are supposed to correct it. Not treat you like your trying to get free food and your the one that's is the wrong. My families food was cold and dinner was ruined by the time I got back for the second time. They wouldn't even replace all the wrong items because I didn't bring the food back up to the store. What???? I have never heard of this or have I ever been asked to this. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!! I hope we don't have to go there again anytime soon. I would say NEVER but I have kids. Just letting you know what to expect from this location. Call corporate to let them know. If you call the store they hang up on you even if your calling just to tell them about something wrong that could affect other customers.

Great food and really nice people work here. Not a McDonalds fan much anymore but I always stop here when in Michigan. Foods cooked like it should be. Always a nice experience.
