We decided to try Karen's as I like to support local businesses. Every time we have been, the staff has been kind and the food has been good. We get there perfect timing (about 930-10am on a Sunday) and we don't have to wait. However, they start getting pretty busy by time we are leaving. The homemade bread is AMAZING and I get a loaf for home every time. It's gone by the end of the day. We will continue to frequent Karen's :)

Karen’s Uptown Cafe has great service, great food and a great atmosphere. I found that there was a large, private room for large groups or meetings. The owners work in the kitchen and out on the floor. It was my first time here and I will return when I am in town. If you haven’t been to Karen’s before I highly recommend it.

Very small mom and pop restaurant. This is a little shop that has a descent menu and fast service. They have a have breakfast and lunch options that are fairly cheap and taste very good. I had a burger and fries and you can tell it wasn't a frozen patty. The food came out fast and was hot and very good. If you are in the area I would check it out.

Best breakfast in Hudson! I eat here twice a week on average and am never disappointed. Stop by for lunch and get a slice of delicious home made pies including awesome sugar free versions of which I am especially a fan.

Quaint and cozy. Food is always wonderful. Homemade pie is awesome!
