McDonald's

Ok granted this is a McDonald's I am reviewing but this one takes the cake on slow. The lack of communication, lack of intelligence and general lack of customer service. Whom do you serve first the to go order ( 1 work person ) at the counter or the group of 3 likely retirees dinning in? Shouldn't be that hard to figure out especially when the orders were placed within secobed of one another.

Ordered a frappa and a shake for my girlfriend and I and ended up watching all 6 employees serve the customers that came in after us and then just sit and goof around. No organization and it seems like no one knows what their doing considering an electronic order got "lost."

I was at the Stockton location and the place was pretty filthy dirty .... someone could pick up a rag once in a while.

HERE'S THE THING. Y'alls food ain't even that good so you should be rly appreciative of my friends business. Okay, so she walks into McDonald's to get some late night snacks, expecting her visit to be a relaxing and pleasant experience. WELL GUESS WHAT. Once she got home, she realized she accidentally threw away her invisalign and your selfish employees refused to search through the trash and find it for her. AND THEN, they hung up on her at least twice when she was trying to call to ask for help. Not gonna lie, I'm pretty heated. U haven't lost my business bc i like ur nugs, but you have DEFINITELY lost my respect. Smh and you call yourself a place of business. Billions served, billions disappointed.
