McDonald's

Went through the drive through, they had me pull up to wait, I waited 10-15 minutes and then I only got my my two cheeseburgers and McChickennTold me I had to wait more to get the rest of my stuff which was French fries and 2 apple pies. But I told them, NO!! Take these back, because by the time you come out with the rest these will be cold and she said no I can’t do that, then the girl ended up taking it back and also my receipt and told me I could go inside and get a refund. So I waited some more and I was thinking they must’ve forgot about me so I went back through the drive through and told them I am not moving until you give me my food and they told me you’re going to move because I am refunding you. So I got my money back and I am never coming back here again, that is the worst service I ever received there.

Was very pleased with my experience. Despite the extremely busy line of people the workers were very kind. I was waiting on a Big Mac and fries and it was taking well over what it should have, so two of the workers Aliza and Anika had given me an upgraded fry and explained they were sorry for the wait! Will definitely be going back!

Waited in the drive through for about 10 to 15 minutes to get our food, we figured we were waiting on the fries to cook but when we received the fries they were cold so not sure what took so long? And when we left the drive through there were 4 cars behind us. Could of just been a bad day will try it again in the future.

Drive thru line was brutal. Literally 3 cars in front of us, 20 minutes to pull up to the window.nOrdered orange Juice for the kids. Sorry, we’re all out. But we’ll have some in a couple days.nOk, we’ll hold our thirst till Thursday.

The food was fantastic. Fresh & hot. The fries had the rt amt of salt. The order taker wasn't friendly. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. She needs an attitude adjustment. Unfriendly. No listening & we r a bother to her. Had to hurry up to order so, I couldn't order what I really wanted. I endedup with a cheeseburger, fries & a sm mocha frappe. The presenter the one who hands out the food, drinks was an elderly lady that has a smile that can brighten up any room & people's hearts & days. She was very friendly & welcoming. She enjoys her job & making her customers happy. Her hair was neat. No horrible odor came from her. Her uniform & hat is neat. I'd recommend a raise & major recognition. She definitely can b a teacher to show how hospitality works. She represented McDonalds proud.
