We always stop here on our way back to the cities. It's one of the last surviving A&W stops that are drive in which hasn't been touched by corporate companies. Very well worth the stop. Especially if you enjoy draft A&W not the syrup stuff they serve at corp. A&W's

Me and my kids have to stop everytime we go through pine city. Great burgers, phenomenal cheese curds, and signature rootbeer. Staff was excellent even when busy in all my experiences.

My family and I drove here from Hayward, WI on two seperate occasions for the sole purpose of eating at this old fashioned a&w. Great dining experience. We ate once inside and once ordering at the old fashioned drive up. Food was pretty good for a&w. Service was acceptable. Only gets 4 stars because the bathrooms are not only disgusting but falling apart.

Food was great. It was very busy and it looked a little dated inside and not especially clean. That may have been due to it being very busy while we were there.
