Drive past this "restaurant"! Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. If they somehow manage to get your order right (slim chance) the quality is awful. Old meat, soggy buns and cold fries. The guys in the back must spend more time resetting quality timers than cooking fresh food. And good luck getting them to admit to mistakes and correct them. Short of making a scene you're out of luck. This location is a 3 minute walk from my home and I'd rather drive across the city than give these shiesters another chance to screw me over again.

Location is generally very prompt with my order. I do enjoy the electronic ordering machines. Have gotten drive through order wrong in the past but no big deal. Parking can be challenging. Overall great location.

Nice interior, gives a fairly relaxed vibe. Service is very fast and the orders are done correctly, however my opinion is based on hours where there aren't large crowds in the store. I cannot comment on the drive-through service.

It's a busy place especially when McDonald's give out mailer coupons. There's a play place for young children so there's lots of families with older adults and young children coming to this McDonald's. Service is generally fast and accurate. I like to use the kiosks to order meals so I get to keep the mailer coupons when I have to use them. It's located right at the intersection of Finch and McCowan so it is very convenient for people to come.

Service is okay cleanliness is good, washrooms fluctuate between clean and dirty but usually stays on the clean side of things. Standard food, standard wait times. The service at night between 11pm and 1am is slow don't bother with the drive thru it's constantly backed up you're better off parking and going inside.
