Came in at Markham and finch McDonald's, staff was chatting and nobody ever asked us about our order . I was the one who asked them if we can order. I ordered for side Caesars salad and it came without any dressing or even utensils for me to use. Big Mac came in dry. You need to improved your customer service mostly your staff that works at night. I came in last night, Thursday so whoever worked that night needs to be reminded.

Wrong order very often. And food tastes old. Save your time and go to the woodside location. They male food properly there.

I personally don't like greasy food a lot. But it's alright to come for a breakfast once a while and a hot, nice cup of coffee when waiting for my vehicle to get fixed. BLT multigrain bagel is kind of greasy this time.

Sorry to have this McDonald's in town. Poor management can be seen in various areas. Self ordering machine always without receipt paper. Drive thru always need to park and wait. Ordering staff always rude. That was still ok when the foods meet McDonald's standard. But now, even the food is going bad. Just dare to try the new McDonald's bagel. They burnt it. And after I ask for an exchange it still burnt. If you're telling me that's the McDonald's style bagel, that's fine, but the photos and video shown on menu doesn't look burnt. So sad for this McDonald's.

Food is decent but the drinks have been watered down every time I've went for the last while so I'd avoid this one and take the short drive to the next closest one.
