McDonald's

My nuggets were old, rubbery, the fries were hard, and cold. I ordered a muffin, only to find it not available. Maybe remove it from the kiosk if its out? Not a very good experience the attendant was fantastic tho.

Clean, efficient and well organized location. One of the best mcds i have ever been. Everything was super organized. Lots of seating spaces , all kind of seating areas, kids corner has so much fun activities . Staff is also very please t and efficient. Lots of parking as well so issues getting in or out . Great place to be

just left the drive thru at 9:30pm on a monday. it was not busy at all, there was no cars in front of me, i waited to for someone to take my order. Then another car pulled up on the other side and was helped before me. Didn’t get the sweet and sour dip i ordered which ruins the meal when this is forgotten also didn’t get straws for either drinks. Was told to pull into a parking spot to wait for food which was weird that i had to wait for the food to be cold and tasteless.nI come to this Mcdonald’s because it’s close but it’s honestly ALWAYS awful. Driving 15 mins to the McKeown location is worth it for good food and service

Could someone explain to Annu what “spicy” means? I specifically asked for my food to be made spicy, and before paying I even double-checked my order—she repeated it back correctly. But when I received my food inside the McDonald’s not through the drive-thru, it wasn’t spicy at all. When I asked her if my food was spicy, she said no. I told her it was the wrong order, and she just said there’s nothing she could do. She clearly needs some more training on handling orders properly.

BRUTAL AND DISGUSTINGnnWhat has happened to McDonald's, another restaurant gone down hill. If I could give 0 I would. I should have taken pictures of the food, 10 fries in a small and not much more in a poutine. To much sauce and 1 pickle, brown lettuce. No heat in the building, play place is closed, cause no heat, bathrooms freezing, dirty tables. Why is every restaurant getting so cheap with portions and brutal with customer service. Why is nothing ever said or done about it, have we all just learned to accept such a world. Let's be honest it's not just restaurants that are dirty, disgusting, and simply just not what they were or what they should be....
