McDonald's

I had the opportunity to come to this location 3 times. Every single time was fantastic. First I was mesmerized by the napkins being kept separate from the food on the bag by putting it in a sandwich bag. (Prevents it from getting greased up before using them. ) Every single time I've come my fries and food were fresh and hot. And unlike most places the food looked exactly like it does on the menu. The staff were very polite and professional. I recommend this location if you want hot food.

Could not get served inside. Dozens of employees, including a couple being served, were within a few yards. The new serve yourself kiosk was near...I did not try it. No hurry, so I waited, invisibly. Finally, one cashier asked if I have been served. When I responded that I had not and stepped forward, she switched to address another staff member, then another. All of a sudden, she had 4 staff around her at the cashier, all waiting and watching. I stood there looking around, recalling when there was a day when McD's goal was to serve you quickly. Those days long gone, unless you are in your vehicle. 7-8 minutes had passed total, when she asked what I wanted. I asked for a cup of coffee and paid for it in cash. Boom she was gone, not to get the coffee, (black - should have taken all of 5 seconds) but to help the staff at the drive up window. She whisked by me, not saying a word, to retrieve some soda from the dining room fountain. Finally, 2.5 minutes after I ordered, she handed me a coffee. Terrible service and sitting in the dining room 2 staff were desperately looking to match orders and people, with little success. Ray Kroc is rolling over and over.

This McDonald has the order kiosks...what more can I say!! Frustrating way to order food!! Waited 17 minutes for order. Caramel frappe has been made and waited so long in food that ice and whip was melted. Took to counter to ask for replacement and was ignored by staff while they walked past and looked at me. No one else was at counter placing order. One guy walked past me 5 times without asking if I needed help. Finally on floor supervisor asked if I needed help and acted like it was a HUGE inconvience to have item re-made! Pretty soon we will be making our own food!!

I don't really like eating at McDonald's because the food is not very filling. To me, their food is only good for a snack or something to hold you over till dinner. The only time we go there is if our kids bug us enough to go there. Two things that are good there- 🍟 and coffee.

Got there right at lunch time. They have two lanes here and one lane seemed to move faster than the other. The food was fresh and hot, but the new Apple juice for the kids meals did not go over well with my daughter. It tasted odd due to its organic no sugar and no taste. I recommend the Swiss mushroom melt, it was very good and we'll priced compared to the other meals. Overall it was a good experience.
