I really love mcdonalds mcdonald food but become upset when i go to pour my creamer into my iced coffee for it to plop in and be expired. This isn't the first time I have gotten expired or old food. I have received moldy buns for my burgers to the French fries that sat too long, and we're soggy as if sitting in water. I'm really disappointed with the quality of food I have been receiving.nnI, alongside other people at the counter, were ignored for 10 minutes by the staff who would all make eye contact but would keep walking by, With no one focusing on the counter but only driving through. Eventually, someone was placed at the counter, and that's when myself and others were served.nnThe manager was very kind and receptive to my complaint about the expired creamer, I appreciated her apologies.

Got take out from the east River road McDonald's asked for large fries with our meals and got medium fries in the large sized container. This is not the first time we had issues with our orders at this restaurant. Last time before this time we went, we were missing two medium fries, went back told them and they checked and only gave us one extra medium fries instead of the other two we paid for. Didn't find out til we opened it at home. Save your money or go to a&w, Wendy's, or burger king or somewhere else. This place doesn't like to give you everything you pay for.

This would be a great place for McDonalds but mostly I just pull in, see the line up, see the waiting lot full of cars, and then pull out and decide to cook at home.nGreat spot to turn around on East River.

Terrible service. Manager on duty wouldn't serve me my unless I took my receipt. Despite giving me a remote alert!! Will drive to Pictou from now on to avoid this location. And to top it all off buzzer didn't work and I had to literally yell to get the attention of the server to find us. Do not recommend. Oh and if you want a seat don't hold the breathe. Only one table cleaned off. Of old food. Terrible health practice as well

I've travelled to a lot of Mcdonalds all over Canada as I go on road trips every couple months. This McDonalds was ok. I came in with 2 other friends and we all ordered breakfast separately. I ordered first and the cashier was laughing and joking with their colleague about the night they had before while I stood there waiting for 2 minutes until the lady said next, after ordering the cashier gave me the wrong change and I had to go back and get the money that was missing. The next order the breakfast meal was wrong, they made the wrong sandwich. And the 3rd order the coffee was supposed to be made with sweetener because they are diabetic but they made it with sugar. The bathroom floors you can literally skate on when you go in.... it's like stepping on a greasy floor. My overall experience was not so great but I guess every store is managed differently. Plus side is the store is wheelchair friendly and has a good drive through.
